We ship all products FREE within the USA and the US Territories.
Using our convenient and secure Paypal payment portal we accept all major credit cards.
If one of our products does not do what we specify or it is not operational when you receive it you can return the product in its original packaging and with all supplied accessories within 15 days after you receive it. You must email for an RMA and we will credit your account once the product is received. There are times that we will promote certain products as Closeouts, or Special Sales. In such cases, we will post the Return Policy along with the promotion, so you will be aware of any limited return policies associated with the promotions.
All products sold on our website come with a 90 day Parts & Labor warranty provided directly from us. In most cases we will simply replace a defected product rather than repair it. Any products covered by warranties that exceed ours from the manufacturer can be fulfilled by simply following the warranty instructions that come with the product.
We are a USA based company and we deal directly with you before, during and after a sale. When you call or email you will be chatting with one of our Tech Support engineers that really know the product and how it is used. We respond within 24 hours (maximum) after we get a request for service. That is what you are paying us for. You may be able to find the product priced lower on other websites but you are usually on your own when you receive the product from a distribution center.
Try to understand or even read manuals written with some product you order and it would be a challenge to say the least. At modalEdge we evaluate the provided manufacturer’s manual and if it is not clearly written we will rewrite it and make it so it is current, accurate and comprehensible.
